According to Sammobile (Source), the phone will have 16 Megapixel shooter the one that was used in Samsung Galaxy camera, 4.3 qHD Super Amoled display, 8 GB internal storage and Micro SD card slot running on Android Jelly Bean operating system. They could not confirm the processor but seeing the usual trends it might be either quadcore (most likely) or octacore processor. There was no word on RAM as well.
